Visitors

Elianne always seems to have lots of visitors.  She loves company, especially when it comes in the form of other kids.  We hung out with our cousins for a while this past Sunday, and Elianne had a blast hamming it up for everyone.  She especially enjoyed Owen and Alec reading to her and Miles making silly faces at her! 

Jessica, Rusty and Izzy came in town in the middle of July.  Jessica and I have been good friends since we were really tiny as Baylor campers.  It was so fun to see our girls- about 6 weeks apart hanging out together.

Alisha came to visit also.  She is one of Elianne's favorite "Aunts."  She and Uncle Ryan even stayed with Elianne for Jason and me while we went out to an engagement party for some friends of ours.  We are so lucky to have them in our lives!

While Aunt Alisha was here, we fed Elianne her first "solid."  We fed her rice cereal and milk.  She loved every minute of it, and now it's part of our nighttime routine!  Here are a few pictures of the mess we made.

We went to lunch with Hannah, Lucas, Katie and Brecken before school got back into full swing.  It was so great to see Katie out with her #2 already!  Lucas and Hannah came over to see the new house and hang out with Elianne.  She was fascinated by him, but he was not too interested in her- just her toys.  Go figure.

Aunt Megan came too.  She and I were roommates in college, and she lives in Atlanta now.  She is the proud Aunt of two amazing little boys, so she was a natural with Elianne.  We will have to try and work on getting some videos on here with her in them holding E.  It was such a wonderful weekend to have her up two weeks ago!
